Configure Manao
Setting up Manao is easier than peeling a banana. A slightly spiky banana, maybe — but still easy 🙂
Before we start, you must run the ManaoBot Setup file on your Desktop and follow the instructions below!
Configure Client ID and Client Secret
Section titled “Configure Client ID and Client Secret”First, the system will ask which language you want to use (English/Thai).
Use the arrow keys to select a language, then press Enter to confirm.
Next, you’ll see step-by-step instructions explaining how to obtain your Client ID and Client Secret.
If you’ve already read this guide,
you can skip this part by typing n and pressing Enter.
There will be another confirmation screen — just press Enter to continue.
Then, the system will ask for your Twitch Client ID.
Paste your Client ID into the terminal and press Enter.
After that, do the same for your Client Secret.
Log in to Twitch
Section titled “Log in to Twitch”When you see the message:
To continue, please login to your BOT Twitch account (the secondary account for the bot)
It means your Client ID and Client Secret were entered correctly.
If you already have a separate account for the bot (it can be any account),
switch to that account in your browser before pressing Enter.
If you don’t have a separate bot account yet,
you can temporarily use your main broadcaster account without logging out.
After authorizing the bot account, you’ll see another message:
To continue, please login to your BROADCASTER Twitch account (the primary account for streaming)
Switch back to your main broadcaster account.
If you’re using the same account for both bot and broadcaster, you don’t need to do anything — just press Enter to authorize again.
Final Step of Installation
Section titled “Final Step of Installation”Once everything is done, you can open the bot from the ManaoBot icon on your Desktop!
